With over 15 years in property broking, Sam is an expert in the market and has been given the task of leading the company in day-to-day operations. He has a highly successful track record and has been responsible for some extremely high-profile commercial deals over the last decade.

Andy Fenner – Marketing Manager

Having worked and trained in advertising and PR, Andy is responsible for all marketing related functions. Andy writes our press releases and negotiates across various media to attain coverage for our clients. He is also responsible for liaising with the chosen advertising agency and overseeing our marketing material. Andy is also involved in the selling stage of our developments.

Pauline Egan – Officer Manager

Pauline has spent the last 25 years of her life working in the building and construction industry. Past employers include Davis Langdon Farrow Laing and Borckenhagen & Louw. At Bluegate she is responsible for following up sales and finishes on developments, as well as all office-related administration. Pauline liaises with the entire professional team and also markets units within a development when necessary.

Jock Seeliger – Sales Manager

With a proven track record in sales at South African Breweries, Jock is heading up our sales team in Johannesburg. Jock will be heavily involved in all marketing functions, and will liaise with the advertising agency when necessary.
